MICHAEL D. ANGIULO, ESQ. Heads the Elder Law and
Estate Planning department. Mr. Angiulo has been practicing in the areas of elder
law, estate planning and tax related fields for nearly two decades. He is a
member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Surrogates,
Trusts and Estates Committee, the Elder Law Committee and the Tax Law
Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Estate Planning and
Elder Law section of the New York State Bar Association and he is a member
of the Estate Planning Council of Long Island. He is a frequent lecturer on
various aspects of elder law, estate planning and tax law.
HEDY R. HOROWITZ, ESQ. Heads the Real Estate and
Estate Administration department. Her
specialty areas of practice are in Residential and Commercial real property
transaction and Estate Administration. She is a member of the Nassau Bar
Association Real Property Committee and serves as an Officer of the Nassau
County Women's Bar Association. She is also a member of the National
Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and has been a guest speaker at
Hofstra Law School.
KIMBERLY MOSSCROP, ESQ. is an associate in the estate planning/administration and elder law department. Ms. Mosscrop received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her law degree from Hofstra University School of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Mosscrop participated in the Law Study Abroad Program at the Faculte de Droit de I'Universite de Nice in Nice, France where she studied International Environmental Law and Comparative Constitutional Law with the Honorable Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Kimberly is a member of the New York State Bar Association and she is the Co-Chair of the Suffolk County Women's Bar Association Elder Law/Trust & Estates Committee.
OF COUNSEL:
JOHN N. TASOLIDES, ESQ. Conducts a general legal practice with a
concentration in criminal defense, throughout the New York City metropolitan
area. A regular
instructor at the Hofstra University Trial Techniques Program, he is a
former Supervising Senior Trial attorney in the Homicide Bureau of the Kings
County, New York District Attorney's office. He served as the office's DWI
coordinator responsible for the screening of all DWI arrests county wide, as
well as the training and supervision of attorneys in the trial of those
matters, and as representative to the New York City Department of
Transportation and New York State District Attorney's Legislative Lobby on
DWI matters.
DANIEL GAMMERMAN, ESQ. conducts a general practice with an emphasis on
commercial litigation, contract and corporate law representing closely held
entities as well as individuals. He is a former partner at Rivkin Radler and
is admitted to practice law in New York and before the United States
District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
